These terms govern your use of gunduasports.com and the GUNDUA SPORTS platform. By registering or using the site, you agree to them.

1. What GUNDUA SPORTS is

GUNDUA SPORTS is a talent discovery platform. We connect athletes with scouts, coaches, clubs, academies, and events, and we provide educational content through the GUNDUA Academy. Registration is free for athletes. We are not a sports agency and do not act as your agent or representative unless separately agreed in writing.

2. Eligibility

• Athletes must be 13 or older to register themselves.
• Athletes under 18 must have parent or guardian consent, confirmed at registration.
• Parents and guardians may register and manage a profile on behalf of a younger athlete.
• Scouts, coaches, clubs, and other professionals must provide accurate information about their organisation and role.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide truthful, accurate information. Fabricated profiles, ages, or credentials will be removed.
• Only upload or link to content (such as highlight clips) that you have the right to share.
• Do not use the platform to harass, exploit, or solicit anyone, or to approach minors outside legitimate, verifiable scouting activity.
• Do not scrape, copy, or resell platform data.

4. Verification and no guarantees

We work to verify the scouts, clubs, and partners in our network, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of any interaction. Registering with GUNDUA SPORTS does not guarantee trials, selection, signing, transfer, scholarship, or any professional outcome. Talent identification depends on many factors beyond our control. Be cautious of anyone who contacts you claiming to represent us and asking for payment — we will never charge athletes for registration or discovery.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit (including highlight clips you link to). By registering, you grant us permission to share your profile information with scouts, clubs, and partners in the GUNDUA network for talent identification and development purposes.

6. Events

Showcases, trials, and coaching clinics may have their own terms, eligibility rules, and safeguarding requirements, communicated to participants directly. Event details published on the site are subject to change.

7. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports Management International LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, or for the conduct of third parties you connect with through it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, particularly anything that puts young athletes at risk. You may delete your profile at any time by emailing info@gunduasports.com.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without affecting any consumer or statutory rights you hold in your own country.
